CHICAGO, March 21, 2006 - GE Healthcare Financial Services has provided $13.5 million in fixed-rate financing to Royal Gardens Senior Living of North Miami Beach, Fla.

The senior communities will refinance its existing maturing floating rate debt with the deal. The company tapped GE Healthcare Financial Services as a lender because of its ability to realize gains in property appreciations and provide an early rate lock.
